Rayser provides n-bk7, UV fused quartz, calcium fluoride, gem and other high-precision window pieces, which can be customized according to customer requirements.

 

BK7 has excellent transmission properties in visible and near-infrared wavelengths, while UV grade fused silica is very suitable for applications requiring higher transmittance than N-BK7 in deep ultraviolet. Compared with n-bk7, UV fused quartz has lower refractive index, better uniformity and lower thermal expansion coefficient at a given wavelength.

 

CaF2 window is made of calcium fluoride material, and its light transmission range is 170-7800nm. The refractive index is 1.399 at 5000NM. Low hygroscopicity and high coefficient of thermal expansion. CaF2 material is relatively soft and hygroscopic, so it is more careful in polishing, coating and processing than in UV fused quartz window. In addition, the quality of the UV material may be critical, it should have high purity and excellent polishing to avoid affecting the optical system. The CaF 2 window is also suitable for all kinds of spectra, especially in the laser field with 2980 nm wavelength.
